They do not replace contractual terms for shipping services, securities transactions or other business arrangements.

Category-level equipment profiles do not establish that every listed feature applies to every vessel. Vessel maps and visualisations provide context and are not navigational tools or a guarantee of current location. Specifications, ownership interests and commercial arrangements must be assessed using the relevant dated disclosures.
Intellectual property
